Dance Class Assistant/Front Desk Support

Fuego Latin Dance is seeking a passionate, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a dance class assistant/front desk support. The successful candidate will assist our Dance Instructors in group and private classes, workshops, and choreogrpahies ensuring that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance. The individual will be responsible for assisting in classes of all levels, from beginner to advanced, in the styles of Salsa Casino, Salsa En Linea (on1), Mambo (on2), and Bachata in a fun and encouraging manner. The candidate will offer support at the Front Desk by checking in clients for classes, conducting some cash-handling duties, and maintaining a clean and presentable dance studio environment. The successful candidate will be open to a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Strong organization and time management skills are a must.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dance experience in Latin dance styles
- 1+ years of dance instruction experience
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Performance and choreography experience preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years cash handling experience
- Clean police record
Work type: Full-time
Compensation: KYD $12 per hour
